From the moment this mama sent me her vision for her maternity photo session, I knew this was going to be something special.
Two words: Flowy Fabric. Yes ma'am, you can never go wrong with gorgeous chiffon and silk fabric draped over a pregnant body. I know it's typical to wear a dress or gown, but sometimes a simple fabric makes much more of an impact. It's elegant, soft, sophisticated, and dreamy. Basically, the definition of a mother right lol. I used a classic white backdrop to combine with the softness of the fabric and it was perfect for highlighting her beautiful baby bump.
Throughout her session, we played with fabrics letting them fly and wrap around her delicately. Some posses captured her fully draped like a goddess, and others tastefully revealed her belly, showing the strength and beauty of motherhood. Every pose was intentional, emotional, and full of grace.
We ended with a stunning gold silky fabric that looked so regal. It totally defined her vibes of divine femininity. She looked like a beautiful trophy. Very royal, very golden, and very timeless. Afterward, she told me how much fun she had. She felt empowered, comfortable, and beautiful the entire time. She said she loved every photo and that the experience was more than what she expected.
